Pakistan Muqami Congress (PMC) is a homegrown political party from Karachi that aims to restore the city to its glory before ghair-muqamis moved in.

No 'one person, one vote'. Merit-based weighted voting based on literacy, tax status, employment, cousin marriage etc.
Technology enabled
Voter gets receipt signed by polling agent's key; citizen id and vote are encrypted using voter's key and published for audit.
